MY Philosophy
At MCL CHARGE CAPTURE N CODING, I believe that accurate abstract coding is not just the absence of errors in medical claims, but a state of complete and effective charge capture across all patient-encounters. This results in a maximized revenue. What procedure code should you use? Do you know the guidelines in CPT coding? Which ICD-10-CM codes to assign? I strive to promote a holistic view of abstract coding to all my tutees to enable them to learn appropriate and accurate coding assignments based on current coding guidelines.

I earned my certification as a professional coder and a physician practice manager from AAPC. I have years of experience in my field. I have worked in a specialty clinic and in another facility setting and am constantly updated with the latest coding guidelines. Providing the highest quality tutorial lessons to my coding tutees is my full-time utmost commitment.
